QUALITY
The Renault Trucks Oils quality system places client satisfaction at the core of its strategy. Renault Trucks Oils was ISO 9002 certified in 1995, and was then awarded ISO 9001 version 2000 certification in June 2003.

SAFETY
Renault Trucks Oils' safety management system essentially uses the SIES (international safety system) framework for limiting work-related risks.

ENVIRONMENT
Renault Trucks Oils has an on-going commitment to the environment. This is demonstrated in its having been ISO 14001 certified in 2008 and by:

• The Saint-Priest site having been rehabilitated and its having been brought into compliance with laws and regulations on health, safety and environment.
• The introduction of initiatives to save, amongst other things, natural resources (installation of photovoltaic panels and heat pumps, on-going recycling initiatives, waste sorting and the prevention of pollution risks generated by site processes and activities, etc.).
• Lubricants which help save fuel being recommended on an on-going basis - lubricants which have formed the core of Renault Trucks Oils' range for more than 10 years. As a result, by using Generation ECO 5 lubricants across the entire transmission system, more than 3 tonnes of CO2 are saved for every vehicle per year.
• The sale of a complete range of biodegradable lubricants which - depending on their nature and specific features - have been awarded the European Ecolabel.
